The Carlton sources are typically fairly spot on with what they post. They're not like the North bloke who just claimed Dusty to North was a certainty.

Very possible that they know someone who is associated with Kelly and knows of his thinking.

I honestly doubt Kelly has even made a firm decision at this stage. With GWS being a flag contender I think winning a flag could have a huge bearing on him staying or going.

I think you've just chosen to interpret it that way to suit your argument.
He clearly said they were only talking to two clubs.
He said the offer from North was $10mill over more than 7 years. He wouldn't just mention the value of one deal and not other offers - that in itself is an illegal form of bid shopping via advertising the commercial value of a live deal to other clubs you're negotiating with.

also, buying a house doesnt mean you live there. you can lease it out, and rent elsewhere.
