Okay, you found a gun in an alley and picked it up. Turned out to be the murder weapon. You also told the victim to leave your sister alone or you would kill him and were overheard by a bus load of old ladies on a poker trip. You didn't do it but now you have motive, prints on the murder weapon.

Do you lie and confess to the crime or continue to proclaim your innocence and hope that the real murderer is uncovered one day.

I plead guilty and tell a hard luck story about being abused as a kid and having alcohol and drug problems ...gauranteed to get off with a suspended sentence .
