Au_Blue#24 i think you took Moo's comment a little bit too seriously, i took it as a joke and i think most of the other readers did. If you look back and read a few of his other posts i think you would realise that he isnt a brainless dockers supporter but he actually does give some good arguments. I know i haven't been on this site too long but i was on Buzz's site and it has to be said that some of his posts on there were good reading, especially from a dockers supporter!
So Moo keep up the good work.

im with black ju ju, its what i said not long ago, i can't come on here and talk to other eagles fans with out dockers supporters dropping stupid comments.

I don't know how many Eagles fans frequent the Dockers board, but if it's anything like the amount of Freo people that are regulars on this board perhaps we all need to take a step back and occasionally "leave it out".

No Docker person HAD to put a snide comment in here. It's a free country, but can't we have the chance to talk amoungst ourselves without someone feeling the need to "bring us down a peg or 2" ?

Agreed- If the topic had anything to do with Fremantle, or there was some special information you felt you needed to contribute, or if it was derby week or something, then fine- but otherwise, why on earth would a freo supporter want to pipe up?!

Its not the end of the world, but whats' the point of posting in that situation?
 
my only fear for judd is that the pressure of what he could be may effect wat he turns out to be. it was obvious during the scratchy that even that small crowd was abuzz when judd got the ball..something that cousins doesnt even do to the same effect. i was pleased when humm ran him down as it showed everyone that this is still a 20year old boy (all be it with great potential) playing sport to the best of his ability....not some robot that only comes out during the weekends to win the eagles footy matches and then put back in his charger....he lives and feels, something alot of us realise but alot of blowin supporters dont.

I agree mr kerr about your judgement on moo and not being a brainless docker supporter. Thats why I was a little taken back by his comments.

I didnt really think I took his initial post seriously - maybe I did.
It is however the silly season and as wc supporters on a wc board - i think its quite appropriate to pump our own tyres up, especially when its judd's tyres were inflating.
 
Speaking of fantasy land, how did you get it into your head that Matty Carr successfully tagged Chris Judd in last years Derby? I believe Judd chalked up twenty of his usual quality possessions, while Carr managed a paltry eight.

That's not towing around a Carr. That's watching a Mitsubishi Colt trying desperately to keep up with a Ferrari.

Nah - wedding's off. We decided for the good of BigFooty that we'd be better off being just friends. These celebrity weddings can be hell on those around the bride and groom. Looks like your MC services in that lovely purple suit won't be required after all.
 
If I had mutton chops, a chest wig and a medallion, i'd consider wearing the purple suit (provided it's velvet). But even still, probably only on halloween.
 
As I never, but never go to Dockerland (the invective is just too much for this brown hen) or even to the Fremantle site on BF (not ineterested really), I don`t know whether those Docker posters who seem to have taken up residence on our site favour their own with their pearls of wisdom or we`re just lucky and blessed to receive it ad nauseam.

I resent to the max attempts to make me feel less excited and hopeful about my team`s prospects, whilst on my own board.

Don't be so precious. Its the off-season, most people visit these forums only sporadically, these guys merely exchange light hearted jibes with us. Better this than the respective forum invasions of the past.
 
Look Au ...why dont we kiss and make up ummm theoretically that is (though I must admit I love my Benny action figure joke)

For the record ...I didnt drag Freo into the post and it wasnt actually meant to be insulting, I simply offered the comment (sarcastic) that maybe you were getting a tad excited after a single 15 a side scratch match. Hey its my opinion - and I am consistent when our mob play too. I think Judd is a good player and check the chat I had with Mead over draft choices ...hey I'm a reasonably respectful fan of the game.

Was this an insulting, overly outrageous comment ....I dont think so. My follow up slap was aimed only at Au, I am sure we will both live.

It comes down to is this a board for Eagles fans only or a board regarding Eagles matters. I think the latter. I happily chat to WC and other fans on Dockerland/BF ...I actually think its good to get some outside perspective (trolling - no).

I am a Dockerlander poster, and accept most things dished out from Carny, Wild Eagle etc ....I always say it should be factual or mildly amusing. The Ben sux posts or my club is better than yours are not on my hit list and never have been (although my club is better than yours ;-)

NB ....if my comment had come from an Eagles fan stating "Woah there folks lets not get too carried away its only Feb" ...it would ahve been accepted. As you know I follow purple - it suddenly is a crime. Looks a tad <insert word that wont offend> ?precious? that it maters who you are and not what you say ...also I thought from our past that I have always been fairly respectful to you personally? (correct me if I'm wrong ...always a bad move cos whenever I think I'm with a certain place I usually am not). BTW I was Max on Buzz if anyone kinda didnt follow that bit.

NB obviously you are in love with me and it is manifesting itself in this manner, but as I have previously told you my work reading to the deaf is far to important to me to pursue a relationship at this point.

Kerr - nice to hear from you again and thanks for the character reference (now if you could just be at the Perth Distric Court next Tues at 10..... Also Buzz - you lazy sod get your site back up.

Anyway I promise when the season starts we will all be so busy either celebrating or crying that peace can once more reign.

Feel free to annoucne Juddy as your next 195 cm rover resting at CHF and I promise I wont interject.

I didnt realise I made this into such an issue - I also apologise.

I also dont remember suggesting you needed to have a good look at yourself - but I was definately thinking it.

Ohh brother. Buzz...get your board back up pleeeease???? The saccharine taste of self congradulation, egocentrism and petty resentment is starting to wear thin.

I suppose i should put my 2 cents in a say Moo was ok to have around at the Buzz site (for a docker ;) ).

I mean it would be pretty boring on here without a bit of debate, and afterall, how else would we get a laugh without our lavendar ladies from across town :p
