was not so long ago that I watched a farewell performance of one of the 80's biggest sirens in Blondie and thru misty eyes i lamented how father time had caught up with the former starlet as she staggered around that stage like my Bro's late red heeler just before he passed on..... Last night I saw the latest Toyota adv featuring the legendary KB and I gotta tell ya he moved with the grace of Makybe Diva and the reflex of sugar ray. what a freak of an athlete, he aint a pound more than when he last laced on a jumper and If the club had any idea they'd do all they could to have KB running 3 hour drills from dusk down at punt rd for the likes of whitey , cotch, eddie and co..Do it

K.B is 61, but the snappyness of the way he grabbed the ball in the ad, the way he still darted off for the goals, he is in great shape, and you can see how he survived to play 426 games. He started in the era of 18 game season back in 1964, and thanks to a large supply of finals games, and legendary durability, he crammed his 426 games into a span of years less than Robert Harvey. K.B kicked 8 goals against Geelong in the 1980 2nd semi final, and to be honest, i reckon if he was in our side now...he'd snag one or two....
