What are peoples thoughts on the race today?

WFA so best horse should win, best horse is Scenic Shot by mile. Barrier 1 and distance against him though - much prefer him over 2000m.

Sniper's Bullet - 3rd last year, think 1800 is about 200 too far though, awful barrier.

Megatic - Hasn't been in good form but previous winner and can easily handle the weight

God has spoken - Good win last start over same distance, not a great time but way down in the weights as a 3yo, nice barrier, maybe a chance. Edit: should say backing up after winning last weekend.

Anything else worth looking at? Still think Scenic Shot is a couple of classes above these and should win even considering the barrier and distance.

If the real Scenic Shot turns up, handles the barrier and drop in distance he should just win. If not it's a bit of a raffle!

I like the 3 year olds in WFA races now, well how couldn't you after the Cox Plate.

If Scenic Shot doesn't win, one of the 2 three year olds probably will.
