If all these player are available, who would miss out against the kangaroos?. Would you keep the young players to give them game time or make sure the injured players are fully recovered?

I would not consider it a certainty that they will all be back in the team once ready.

Gardiner should come back in immediately (he did play well before his injury and has to be seen as our first ruckman by now - it would be hard on McEvoy to drop him, so maybe play him, along with Allen, as a forward / back combination and give Gilbert the rest and fitness development he obviously needs).

Koschitzke and Schneider have not set the world on fire in their last games and may have to prove themselves in a Casey jumper once fit.

Allen and Eddy played well and deserve another game. The new team spirit and enthusiasm largely came from playing the kids - don't destroy that enthusiasm by sending them back to Casey now.

Dal Santo should be back in (the players got the message !) and it will be interesting to see who will be out for him (Montagna sacrificed his attacking stats and showed the accountability Lyon wants by taking Bell out of the game and had 8 tackles / Hayes, as I understand, should be okay for next week after all (phew !) / Gwilt played well and had a role that Dal Santo could not and should not take over) - my guess would be Geary.

I don't know about Milne - I assume that he will get a few weeks with Casey and will have to fight himself back into the Saints 22. Birss' omission was a bit stiff in the first place and Charlie Gardiner should not feel too safe (Xavier Clarke, once fit again, will also compete for his spot). Lyon mentioned Howard a few times, so he may be close to selection, too. I personally would like to see Rix again if he continues to dominate the VFL, but doubt that he'll get a chance again soon unless King and Michael Gardiner are both injured. I would be surprised to see Leigh Fisher, Fiora and Raph Clarke (as much as I personally would like to see him as half forward) in a Saints jumper again this season.
