Heard the club, and kouta say that he will be back for the round 5 clash against WC at OO. Just wondering if anyone has been to training this week, and if so does kouta look like he is ready and able to come back in a week’s time. Saw in the injury section in the HS that he is still a 2-3 week prospect. What is the chance that he may play against the bombers this week?

I remember a certain Carlton supporter at the footy one year. We both stood and watched as Hird was carried from the ground after his legs gave way yet again. This was one of Hird's comeback games. That Carlton supporter looked over at me and said with a serious look apon his brow ... Gone.

And now I am returning the gesture.

Kouta = Gone.

Highly doubtful, considering from what I've seen at training. He's been running around freely and has been involved in some drills. It looks like he's only a week or two away. If he's kicking well and running (which he is), then your assessment of Kouta is wrong.

There is nothing indicating that he is "gone". Far from it. From all the info we can gather at this stage, he is likely to come back either against WC or Collingwood.

I agree and retract, a bit of fun between my mate and myself. It's a long story.

We both knew kouta years ago and wish him all of the best.
