yeah i acknowledge that but i must say he has pace and endurance. he is the quickest 400m runner at his school and for a guy of his size thats a pretty good effort. although dawes weighs 100, this doesnt mean too much appart from the fact that he has the ability to get through packs and show his presence. i would have thought that in todays game where pace is so necassary, he would have enough pace and definately enough height to get a game, not being some mug in the goalsquare.

Yeah, let's hope so. It's good to see all different sizes and shapes get a crack at the big time. If Dawes can take contested marks, he'll most likely get his chance.

I like the look of Ben Ried, although if he stood behind a rake you'd struggle to see him.

Pretty impressive kicking skills for a big man and once he fills out, could develop into a KPP.

Yeah he's shown some good signs this year but there are still question marks on his ability to hold down a key forward post. I would prefer to have him as a utility/3rd tall i think. If he has the third best defender he will be much more dangerous. Also don't mind him playing high up the ground and getting involved then drifting up forward under the radar. He has good skills and so would be a good linkman.

I think we need another tall this draft to help Jack and our forward line structure out.
