What have Carlton said about Kreuzer's injury. I found this at injuryupdate.com.au

Has Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) and may require surgery in the future.

I didn't know what this really was so i looked it up:

How did I get it?
Some experts believe that significant athletic activity before skeletal maturity increases the risk of FAI

Gun junior - I'd call that significant athletic activity before skeletal maturity.

Anyway, if he needs surgery will it mean missing the season?

Im not that dissapointed that he is not playing. I think for a bigger bodied player who is young to not play all 22 games is a good thing. Ease him into the year and he'll be better for it later on.
