Kris Kringle ideas

That time again where the mindfield known as Kris Kringle rolls around.

I honestly believe this tradition is biased against men, if i buy a healthbook it must mean I think that they are fat, body shop stuff I must be a pervert, an alarm clock and they think i'm giving them crap about being late.

But like a fool i'm in it again.
The budget is $20, about 70% women and I only know about a quarter of the people there.

Any Ideas? Even though I know i'll end up with a bloody keyring...

It all depends what rules your workplace has in place for this Kris Kringle gift thing.
Depending upon who it is that you are giving the gift to things like photoalbums, cd/dvd rw disks are always handy, Chocolates, biscuits, incense, are always cheap and handy.

Calenders are a great idea. I got a far side calender for a KK two years ago and loved it.
There's an awesome shop in chaddy that sells tonnes of calenders.

l was in BIG W the other day they have sum cool choc,lollies thingys one was a little fridge filled with milk bottle lollies,soap packs and candle's with a base and little rocks on them look cool and chick love em,picture frames l saw these cool image things there like hour sands but there flat and have a image in them and the colour sand stuff moves eg like a mountain

KK brings up some good memories...

I got someone in my grade two years ago, who was a real fruitloop, a block of soap. The expression he showed on his face after I gave him that unwanted gift was delightful.

Drew myself a couple of years ago. Got myself a nice bottle of Merlot & to keep with the tradition of suprise, i wrote " you are the office w***er" on the card.

mine is for 10 bucks. i was at safeway and saw a huge toblerone for $9.99 and I'm like it "That's good enough, ****ed if I'm going to spend 2 weeks thinking of the best thing I can buy".

We had our work break up a couple of weeks ago and we had a Kris Kringle. I got a handbag.

You would think that if you didn't know who will receive your gift you would buy one that is gender neutral.

Meanwhile my niece has a new handbag for Christmas.

Have one girl at work who is afraid of bugs/spiders/creatures etc. etc.

For KK she got a box with a dead snake, dead moth, jar with a live black house spider in it, jar with live cockroaches, jar with dead lizard and a jar with a couple of small spiders (don;t know what type).

Funny as hell, but a bit crude.
