Hmm... he has shown glimpses of being a VERY good player. He is definitely a worth while player to have on the team, and he's still very young.
I believe he'll develop into a good solid player.

Didn't like him getting traded..
You need to trade sometimes to get what you need. Kris Massie was a borderline player at the club, not great but not bad also. I can't remember who we drafted, most likely someone old who once was good or a unknown late pick player with no real trick.

He was traded for Andrew Eccles, injury proned and not what we needed...he was only traded because he had broken his leg and the club were most likely thinking he wouldn't get back to his best IMO!

Coached? At what level? Love the ten year bump.
By mentioning Bradley, Sos, Lappin and other part time or assistant coaches or SANFL coaches it could be argued anyone that has been a part time skills coach etc at any level could rate a mention.... Ogier TAC Cup level and Robertson was quite successful at Hepburn!

Not surprised to see Massie land a senior gig at this stage, he's been on this path for a long time. I recall him being keen to spend a lot of time in the coaches box during his injury lay-offs at the Blues, and he was referred to as a 'student of the game' even in his early 20s.

The bloke is only 31, so kudos to him, and may he have a long, successful stint with the mighty Bays (and above and beyond, one suspects).

Eccles oh yeah Premiership player looked good on paper, but didn't do much playing along with his team mate Plunkett from the juniors in Carlton

As much as i hate Glenelg, i hope he does well as i have always been a Massie fan.

The word over here in Adelaide is that a bunch of the players were not happy with the way he coached as caretaker coach for the last half of the year and will be looking elsewhwere to continue there SANFL careers.
