Both hampered by injury early in their careers and that's really the only thing comparable about these two. I won't vote but if I had to choose? Cotchin, comfortably.

If Carlton had kept Sauce Jacobs and picked Cotchin instead of Kruezer. Rucks: Jacobs Judd Cotchin Murphy now that is terrifying.

Not even similar type players.
In saying that, Cotchin. But weird ****ing poll.

Cotchin looks like he will become an elite midfielder with many years of A grade performance.

Kruezer is brave and talented but undersized for a dominant ruckman and without great athleticism to make up for the lack of size. He will end up as a solid citizen player but I doubt ever be A grade.

It was a fair pick by Carlton, no one can predict the future so not all no 1's become guns. Richmond appear to have easily got the better of this one though.

Cotchin definitely takes the chips, but I think Kreuzer can be an A grader for sure if he recover finally from all the knee complications he's has. Was certainly tracking that way before going down with the ACL.

Not sure why you say he doesn't have great athleticism though. Has great agility for a 200cm player, as good on the ground and below his knees as you'll see from someone his size and has a genuinely massive motor. Perhaps you just meant to say he doesn't have a great leap, which I'd agree with this. Can you clarify?

I never said it was an average year? Where did you come up with that? I said last year was his first awesome year. And it was. He was awesome. Looked a million dollars.

But when you did that (o_O) it implied he came off an average year.

What where all these good games that showed he was tracking so well? He's never shown he would be a top 3 ruck, a poor mans Mumford

I'm just trying to figure out what you meant by o_O
Sometimes it's better just to give a statement, without an emotion.

That was just my way of summarizing my thoughts that starting another thread on this combo, at this point in time, was overtly, well ... derp o_O

But point taken. Sometimes emoticons aren't obvious to everyone.

Not sure if there's any point trying to seriously discuss it with you; and I'm not sure where "top 3" came from, but there were a number of genuine footy watchers who rated him in the top 5 rucks the season he went down with an ACL ... as a 21yo. And I agreed with them. To me, that's definitely tracking well to become an A grader.
