Had Houston not changed his mind that would've felt like the good starting blocks for a trade (Houston the better player but 4 years older and arguably plays a lower-value - certainly a easier to find - role), but as it is this is going to be tough to get a deal across, especially if Houston doesn't find another suitor.

Not with the current Melbourne fire sale I don’t think. They need to let these players leave, get whatever they can, do a massive external review and then rebuild.

Was rumours of Houston for Kozzy. But unfortunately a few insiders warned Houston off of Melbourne so probably whatever Saints or Carlton give for Houston will be sent on to Melbourne for Kozzy.
