I will accept you didn't mean any deliberate offensive/belligerent intent with your TB posts (much like frggr did with JDG) i just think its an toxic and unpalatable topic we should try skip pass if we can.

In my time at Reach Youth a couple of decades and change ago, i knew a couple of wonderful and charming young women (teens at the time) who shared horrid personal sexual violations and never got justice for it (partly because there was a toxic boys club, they were asking for it, esp whilst drunk excuse)

I am very glad Tom Silvagni copped his right whack/justice based on all evidence, but i generally think all forms of making jokes/trivilising or using sexual assault/rape allegations or charges against AFL players should be a taboo/no go zone

One of these girls i knew cut herself up pretty badly/self harmed cause no one believed her accusations against her vile attacker and his rich family benefactors.

I am guilty in the past of doing said behaviour, but as i say, i have been very closr (emotionally) to women who have been wronged/harmed, but making jokes or trivial/spiteful bait comments towards any player accused (esp innocent) doesn't help at all
