A bit of controversy there:D

Huge controversy there Peel in 8th place.

How can you blokes tip Peel to be in the bottom 2 and South Fremantle on top?

Just isn't right

I think everybody has forgotten how East Perth finished 2009.

I reckon you've all jumped the gun a bit early. Until the playing lists are known, then you can't tell much. Although, I think Swans and WP will struggle to make the 4 this year. But, I reserve the right to change my mind on this in the new year!:D

Ok, time to give this a bash.

I see Claremont as the big improvers and cant see Subi dropping much of the pace as a lot of people think will happen. I think there wont be much between 1st and 4th and not much between 5th and 8th.

Don't really know alot about the 3 Perth teams if they have improved from last year or not.

SD - some good recruits, plus Hansen/Notte/Geappen/Krakouer will kick goals galore
EF - reliant on their midfeild and mid size forwards to keep the scoreboard ticking over
PERTH - youth will respark some finals footy at Demonland
SF - will play finals if Murph/Wilson play WAFL, if they don't, SF won't make the finals

CLAREMONT - who knows, totally reliant on what Woosha / Harvey do on Thurs night
EP - lost a lot of good players, not totally sure their recruits are as good as they think.
SUBI - how do you replace 100 - 120 goals ....not with Campbell I don't think
PEEL - lots of good youngsters like Bennell,Butcher,Wilson,Luff on board.
WP - snuck into the finals last year with Seaby on board all year,no Seaby,no WP

1. South Frem - Wilson and Murphy vital, only worry to me is a lack of depth if injuries strike
2. Swan Dists - Promising, question mark under real pressure
3. East Perth - Excellent depth, question marks on defence
4. Subiaco - Excellent defence will keep them in it, who will kick the goals though?

5. Claremont - Forward line looks threatening but too many developing kids to be real threat
6. West Perth - Seaby huge loss, relying heavily on spirit
7. Perth - Will have a few big days and many low ones too
8. East Frem - Can't see much improvement here
9. Peel - Lost too many decent players to improve

Looks like all the above teams are in for shite seasons...all for differing reasons....lack of depth, no goalkickers, poor defence, spirit mongers, players losses, lack of improvement.....could be long seasons for a lot of WAFL fans this year....

Tundra......I'l be interested to see if Dimmer has the balls to play young guys like Carter, Palumbo and Collica in SF midfield this year.....though with all these NT boys descending on Freo Oval, I reckon Carter, Palumbo and Collica will be resigned to early morning duties....again!

Very harsh on Claremont Pacey.....

Maybe they can get to 7th and WP can drop to 8th otherwise I believe it is a fair assessment.

I can't see any game breakers for them and stuggled with consistantcy last year. Lets hope they can do better than 7th or 6th but I can not see it happening

Well I think there are doubts over various areas of many teams. Finding it hard to find a clear favourite unlike past seasons
