Hey guys, just thought it would be interesting to see how everyone sees the rest of the season going in terms of the finished ladder.

My ladder ended up looking like..


OK. I might have been just a ...tad optimistic. But I've gone yes to games I think we are a chance to win and losses to games against North, West Coast and Port.

Interesting that if I tip Melbourne against us.. we completley fall out of the 8 from 4th to 10th.

Holy moly imagine if we finished top 4!

Is there any way we make the top 8 and get a final at Etihad? Think we could be a serious chance to beat most teams at Etihad.

Yep. Looking at the season now. If we won against Melbourne and St Kilda after that really good start to the season.. Finals would have been a 80% chance. I am looking at the season as a development year but it is fun to be able to play with the ladder predictor again. (Last time I did was 2009 I think).

Same. I had us at 11-3 which was very realistic given at our draw. After the Melbourne and St.Kilda games, I am no longer looking forward past the current weeks game.

Top 4, easily account for Freo first up at Subi, finally win a goddamn prelim, then beat the Swans in the granny.

I could see 12 wins not being enough to make the 8 this year.

Norf have a cushy second half of the year. They'll make it IMO. I could still see GWS and even Collingwood missing out.

2017 is a year I genuinely believe we can "snatch" one

GWS are stuffed, their backline is their major problem.

I had us beating Port here to push them out & scrape into 7th in what is a very tight middle group.

Rounds 15-19 make or break us.
Assuming we start beating the teams we should be beating.

I have 6th-12th all on the same amount of points, it's that tight this year. Eight point games all round.

Hard to see someone outside of Freo, Sydney or Hawthorn winning it all.

I tried my best to use the ladder predictor in an unbiased manner, so that I could get a fix on where we might end up at the close of the season. Turns out we're going to finish on top with a percentage of over 300. Who'd have known?
