Port were terrible today. Why people think they are going to be any good is beyond me. Bottom 6 for them again in 2009.

As for our mob, great to see us stay on top for a couple of weeks now.

I dont even look at the ladder until round 7 or 8.

By then all teams will have played some quality oposition as well as some duds.

The way i look at it were not on top of the ladder were 9th. We have beaten the teams that came 10th and 9th lat year proving we just need a win against a top 8 side, (Sydney round 4?). When i say top 8 side, i don't mean the wobbles

Whilst the fact we're on top means diddly-squat, if you'd offered us 2-0 with a % of 160 before the season we'd have said "yes, please!"

We're right on Plan A, Option 1, correct path to our season's goals.

Now Essendon is the sort of team a top 4/top 8 side should put away. Let's keep our eye on the ball and pay 'em back for those two shockers last year. they have played Port and Freo so far... I think they will be rudely surprised at what a step up in class Carlton are.

as they said on their forum lets smash em Use Essendon as Percentage Builders if we can beat Essendon by a fair margin hope between 50-100 pts or more and don't slack off like we did in the 3rd we owe a few teams a belting with interest gee if we can Brisbane surly We can Beat Essendon they be alot easier to beat even then Richmond . We'll be the side to beat this year with only 4 teams unbeaten is a good sign anyway its good to have easy games first up we need shit teams to use to build up our Percentage.
glad Bulldogs didn't get the Percentage to over take us if we keep this up we'll go along way. Next 3 after this week will be the big tests, sydney, bulldogs and current winless Hawthorn doubt they be winless by then

how good is it on top of the ladder . Yes only 2 rounds in i do think we can hold it 4 a few more rounds yet.
My mrs just laughts as she a cocky geelong surportor and says it wont last long we be on top soon.
