Gibbs - leading by example on the track. Head screwed on right, not a big head as people may think. Used to pressure being a number 1 pick, communicates well on account of playing with men in SA.
Big focus on maintaining his weight over summer.
Aiming for 300 games.
Loves having Pratt on board. Also supports Jack's involvement.
NAB Cup - very important, confidence builder aiming to go hard. Lance will play. Pagan is committed to picking the best team.
Lance's fav position is now down back. Enjoys setting up play, however still likes playing forward...kind of contradicted himself there!!!
Did pretty well, just has a tendency to repeat himself.
