What's an average house cost to buy in Vietnam?

Foreigner can not buy in Vietnam. I rent 3 bedroom townhouse for oz 580 per month

Ok so I need some advice. My landlord wants to measure the backyard.

I'm confused. What would be the purpose of it.
Anyone got an ideas why would a landlord would ask to measure the backyard.

We got offered a new 12 month lease just yesterday. ??????

It's really weird to go yeah let me measure, since the block of land would already be assessable by the government department who handles everything, rather then a dude with a tape measure
