I went down last week and got Origin Of Symetery by The Muse.

Next pay day, I think I will be getting the new Tool CD.

What was the last CD you bought?

Last CD I purchased was Odyssey #5 by Powderfinger...which is a great album.

Next album on my hitlist is Lateralus by Tool...I have to get it.

Oh, and FYI, my favorite album I own is Pearl Jam live in Cardiff, one of the bootlegs off their Euro tour, which is a dbl CD, and makes me want to see them live even more...

Would not be surprised one little bit Walshy. Those guys are brilliant!

I was watching Channel V the other night with my 7 year old son. They had a 1 hour special on Tool. It was excellent! We both loved it!

Mr. Ripper,

What can I say? The very first Album I got was Explosive Hits '74. I got it as a Christmas present. I must have been 6 years old at the time. It had all the big pop hits of the time on it (Peter Shelley - Love Me, Love My Dog!) but the only song I liked from that album was AC/DC - Baby Please Don't Go!

I guess I've always had a taste for alternative music and never gone for pop! Especially ****e like Cabbage Garden that the Mrs likes to listen to! Yuk, get me outta here!

My kinda man CJH...if only you went for Hawthorn...

I tend to buy a lot of cds (My cd collection at the moment is in excess of 280 cds)...there was a stage where i would buy 4 a week...but after 5 months of doing that i sorta ran out of cds to buy.
The last time i bought cds was about 2 weeks back and i got 3:

Frankenbok - the loopholes and great excuses EP
Rage Against Machine - Live and Rare - a extremly rare cd which you can only buy from Japan (onya Verandah Music :D ) which cost me $70
and
Metallurgy 2

Walshy - how good is that Incubus cd!!!!!! I love it...ive had it for about 13 months now and ive played it on average about every second day! Not a bad song on it - one of the bst cds i own.
If you like hte cd a lot then i strongly recommend Incubus's first album SCIENCE - a bit heavier - along the lines of the song 'Make Yourself' and 'Privelge'...also Fungus Amongus is their first EP which is fantastic - but more funk (i call it pr0n music).

I dont buy CD's anymorez, There a waste of money.

I just burnt some techno crap so that could be my last cd.

Mags

I bought Leftfields 'Leftism' the other day for two bucks. The same day I bought a Tony Joe White album called 'Polk Salad Annie' that guy can play the geetar :D

The first album I can remember buying was 'Living in the '70s' by Skyhooks.

ah yes.. havent bought a cd for ages...

13 Tales from Urban Bohemia - Dandy Warhols (Tour Edition)

Not much different from the original Urban CD, a few tracks that all, but they release these tour edition specials so Dandy addicts (or whatever band you like) like me get sucked in and buy it again.

you two guys go to the arthouse much?

Actually Pedro, I have been to the Arthouse a few times. I used to be in a band and we played there a couple of times with Mindsnare, No Grace, Voice of Dissent and others.
