Played a really good game through the midfield this week.
His transition into the midfielder from a forward pocket has added some much needed skill and pace to the midfield. Another player who has blossomed with the faith show in him by MM.

I agree. His explosiveness and skill made him a pretty important player, his workrate was first class and he roved particualrly well to their ruckman. He's starting to reap the rewards of a few hard pre-seasons IMO.

I think he was trying to get the umps to notice he was being held...but forgot that there was no-one nearby to hod him on that occasion..it did look weird.

He did it twice, one was in a pack mark where I think he was a bit off balance, and the other on a lead where the ball went too high. Heath said sorry to him

Liked his game this week and last week, but he seems to start well then fall away after half time (6 of 12 possessions by 1/4 time). Still seems to be working on that engine, but he wins a lot more contested ball.

He just wants to make sure of the Car & trying to beat his one handed speccie against the Dockers

The fact that you don't see any threads bagging him or demanding he be cut or delisted shows he's having a good year. I like the way MM is using him by rotating him up forward and in the middle. His tackling and defensive pressure is a key part of our success and can't be ignored. Keep it up Leon...hope a certain other small forward takes notes and follows your lead.
