I don't hold any agendas against City, if anything, I was happy they won the title ahead of United last season. This thread was made because that idiot Mancini and Moneybags' delusional supporters were talking up their Champions League chances pre-match, only to find out their team have piss-weak mental strength and couldn't even hang onto a point after being a goal up with 5 minutes left. Nothing but a bunch of cocky downhill skiers, and they've just proven they don't have what it takes to win the Champions League (mind you, they were lucky to win the League last season), and watching their supporters (like yourself) cry about it is hilarious.

As for everything Spurs, see if I care. We choked, but everyone's moved on from that. For the City supporters referencing history, congratulations on becoming the new Liverpool.

Have we been eliminated from the champions league already? I know you suffer a bit from premature ejaculation when it comes to posting (we won't mention certain threads of yours that will go down as classics) but making snap judgements after 90 minutes of over 500 in the group stages is normally the work of idiots. Our piss weak mental strength has seen our downhill skiers come back from losing positions to gain something in 4 competitive fixtures so far this season.

If any blue here thought we would go to Madrid and dominate I would be very surprised. And far from crying about the loss, the reaction from blues on here (and elsewhere) was one of disappointment, but pride in the effort we put in.

Lets be honest, this wasn't the 4-0 debacle we saw a few years back when Spurs had their season playing with the big boys. Now that was embarrassing.

We may not win the champions league, I'll personally be happy to get out of the group. Was there any blue on here that suggested we would? But we are champions of England, and have as much chance (some would say more) of winning it as Chelsea did last season.

On a serious note, if Mankini doesn't qualify from the group stages this time around there's got to be questions asked about his job. They haven't got anywhere near the level Liverpool/Man United achieved in the CL yet and look some distance off achieving that benchmark. In any case, I can't fathom City not qualifying from this group with the talent in their squad. Anything less would be a serious slap in the face to Sheik Mansour.

An easier group and I think he might be in trouble. But I don't think anyone will react to much to the teams that don't make it out of this group. Win the league and fail to qualify out of the group stages and I don't think there'll be too many consequences.
