LOL what facts are these? Bulldogs will come into the 8 if you lose to us. So you already know they're gonna win this week by 100+ points or win the next 2 in a row?

And this crap about only knowing the top 8 sides after the H&A season contradicts your whole post. Using that stupid logic, how do you know we can't beat top 8 sides since the season isn't over? What if Melbourne and the Saints come in and you guys and Freo slip out? That would mean that we've pushed Collingwood twice, let Geelong off the hook in a game that we most defintely should've won and beaten every other top 8 side apart from the Eagles and Hawks (who we haven't played yet). Some flat track bullies we'd be only barely losing to the sides above us

Look for the word 'Banter' in the title before you assume. Considering you have been active in another thread as well and got pinged for it, it appears some lessons are hard to learn.

Reads like a typical team board 'let's beat the hated opposition thread' actually. It is only the joining in, in a similar vein by that opposition's supporters, that gives it the appearance of a banter thread.

Usually I would start one, call it a banter thread, spell out ground rules and invite people to participate. IIRC the last one went pear shaped so having another one wasn't high on our list of things to do.

Anyway, mods haven't discussed this amongst themselves so the life span of this one is about to take on butterfly-like proportions.

Except posters can't invite others over to slag off at each other. It is generally in a closely monitored, moderated environment. Last time around, posters showed they couldn't keep it light hearted, therefore it ended.
