New laws come in to effect tomorrow allowing victims of rape in Victoria to self-identify in the media.

This is fantastic for those who wish to tell their story and effectively overturns the gag on victims from speaking out about their ordeal.

Hopefully more victims seek help amd encourage others sadly abused to speak out and seek justice.
