Who are the favourites for the Liston Trophy so far this season.

Brent Prismall has had a great start from Geelong as has Shannon Byrnes. Would be interested to see others put forward some contenders!

Josh Kennedy from the hawks seems to have been in top form for box hill... Getting up there in the best for the every game so far this year

The fact that Hawthorn are near unstoppable at AFL level will mean he will have to do something amazing or have some injuries to nab a game, even though he's probably already deserving of one

The Box Hill hawks average form might go against him as of course its always hard to get votes in a losing side

I have noticed Josh Kennedys name around a bit. I think that Box Hills winless record will be detrimental to him, but he might have snared some 2's and 1's and if box hill can turn thier form around they could come in handy at seasons end......

I reckon Ben Warren or Ben Davies are a chance to poll well in the Listen as well.

Both Kangaroos listed players, but they have both been playing really good football for us at Werribee.

The only thing with the VFL points system is that it is very different to umpire voting. there are points awarded to the best 5 or 6 on each team. Like said previously, its hard to get 3 votes in losing sides. i.e making the task of winning the Liston tough for Stephen Kenna, Josh Kennedy, Ben Davies & Ben Warren.

There could be a Sam Mitchell among us. I think that If Prismall keeps being overlooked for the Senior side, i think he will continue his domination in this league and win the liston.

Good chance considering he didn't know how to kick a footy 5 years ago.
