For those needing a second dose of Lloyd after his 15 marks last night, I just happened to be listening to 3LO while grooming the kids's Maltese Shihitzu cross in the garage. Saves $60 if you do it yourself, rather than one of those travellin dog groomers.

Lloydy is no walking thesaras that's for sure, but was musing in his own way about how he needed to step up to the plate to help out Neagle who had endurance restrictions, and was best suited at this stage playing from the goal square.

A great dinner party was had by Still, Hurley, Zaharakis and co at the Lloyd residence to bring down some barriers. Matty said he could do the usual thing and sit with Spike and Woosha at Fletcher's pasta bar in Fletcher St. near ther Royal, but felt inclined to mix in with the younger fraternity.

Off field, Lloyd is a brilliant captain.

On field, he's great when up the ground, but lacking a bit when in the goalsquare (understandably). That's why Welsh, Hille and McVeigh are massive losses, and Watson has to basically be a stand-in captain at times.
