Yeah that was nuts..Heat 3 wasnt as bad a few missed out one guy tripped up and did a commando roll on the first huddle.

LED lights for the Opening/Closing ceremony. They change colour and flash on/off etc.

Few weighlifters did a bradbury in 105kg class with the favorites pulling out with injury and others falling like flies.

Crap missed that division then. Watched it all week in the lighter classes live or on replay but didn't catch any of the last group bah...

nah the last group, the real big boys, start tonight and tomorrow morning. the second group with the medal chances starts at 4am.

haven't seen any weightlifting this year. watched the world weightlifting championship last year and it was bloody impressive.
