Help Lost task bar ability - the one that includes Bold, font size etc

Hi.

My issue is only when I access Bog Footy on my Samsung phone.

The issue - when I am replying or posting the task bar that has all the tools like B, Italics, Font Size, colours, GiF's etc - well its all greyed out and I can't use the items.

Any help appreciated.

I've had happen before - it's potentially the same issue and something I hadn't realised I had done

If you click the 3 vertical dots on the far right you get the following drop down



Check if the closed brackets is red, like this image:


If so, tap that and it should revert to being an accessible task bar - if it's not that hopefully someone else can help
