Sometimes... everything seems to click.

At the heart of it, our beloved teams seem to finally be on the edge of great things to come.

Freo - who could not be excited about our future. We beat a full strength Carlton with quite a few of our best out. Our kids are stars. Everything feels right. We are at the start of great things

Liverpool - Benitz 100th win in 181 games; Biggest win at Old Trafford since 1936 when they beat United 5-2. (4-1 tonight just finished).

And then at the same time, when all this happens other things seem to click aswell. I got acceptance into a position I put an appication for 2 years ago - acceptance Friday.

It all began on this awesome full moon friday the 13th weekend. A weekend to remember. It is going to be a good year!!!!! lucky lucky 13.

Your right it is a stupid thread, but I was pissed and feeling pretty pumped after an excellent week of sport. The liverpool win was sensational on the back of the Dockers (not to mention the champions league thrashing of Real Madrid midweek). I also won some coin on the reds as they were rank outsiders so I was feeling lucky.

Perhaps I should have started another thread on Brett Peake.
