Hello sainters, whats the deal with Luke Ball? Easily in the top 10 midfielders when fit, however that seemed to be his problem in 2006 ... just couldnt rid himself of the abdominal/groin injuries.
Has there been any word on how he's looking after a few months off? And do u rekon he can overcome these injuries or will they linger around and hamper him for the rest of his career?
Another point - will he be used more of a forward if his fitness/condition doesn't allow him to be a midfielder next season?
Dissappointing to see such a talented individual struggling with the obvious discomfort that could rob him of a Browlow or two ...
