I think the Crows must be quite pleased with the way things are panning out. They had a good win against fair opposition, and are hitting form at the right time.

You have a stiff proposition at the Gabba, but that's preferable to a bogey match vs the Pies at the MCG. I think Brisbane are as beatable as they have been for 3 years-if anyone can match their strong midfield its your mob.

After that a young bubbly Sydney side have just played the match of their lives. They are in quite unfamiliar waters, whereas the Crows (or the Lions, if they win) are old campaigners, and a bit more star-studded.

All eyes are on Port and their astonishing flop-any residual attention is drawn to the looming Magpies. No-one is really rating the Crows at all, but I have a feeling they are exactly on track. Port have proved that finishing first doesn't mean you're favourite. Adelaide have proved before that you can win from outside the 4.

I have a feeling you are second favourite to the Pies and it would be a fitting GF if we meet.

Wouldn't it be nice?

I think we're quietly optimistic of our chances, but at the same time realise that we are much worse placed than we deserve to be, due to our poor showings against You lot, and the kanga's...

We'll give it a shot, and as past Septembers have shown, we'll do ok hopefully :)

Why thank you for those words (wont go as far as to say "kind" ones) but we still have a long way to go before we can even make the Grand Final but i agree it would be a fitting way to finish off the year with a GF victory over the Collingwood Magpies & take some revenge for last years prelim loss,

As for Port let them wallow in their own self pity,

So far so good. But West Coast may not be a particularly good measuring stick.

We have a MAJOR hurdle this week.

There wouldn't be too many of us thinking past this week. But if we get past the Lions we could do anything.
