I have a relative coming from UK and they've asked me to buy them a Lyca sim card, but I can't seem to find out much about Lyca and where to buy the sim cards. Lyca aren't much help, their 1300 number connects you to some dude in India who knows nothing.

Anyone help?

Does it need to be Lyca?

Surely we have more than enough local providers to help out for the time they're here...unless off course they are here permanantly, different story.

If its only prepaid then there is a plefora of places they can get a SIM from :spade:

To be honest, I don't know whether it has to be Lyca. That's just what they asked me to get. It has to be international though...prolly should have mentioned that!

don't know where you can buy sim cards but you can buy their prepaid recharges at Woolworths.

Gee, no thought to suggest some examples of those "various locations"?
