I think Alastair Lynch has just overtaken Moorcroft for mark of the year. What a sensational grab. Hasn't there been some rippers the last few weeks?

Dunno, taken over a taller player, standing straight up although he's marked it on his chest, which doesn't look as spectacular as Moorcrofts. I guess I was just struck by how similar it was to Sean Smiths grab a few years back. Not trying to devalue Moorcrofts, they are all good grabs.

I think Moorcroft's lack of timing in that he let the ball get behind him a little made his mark look better. The visual effect will get him the money.

Lynch won't even get mark of the week for that - Richo's grab over 2 ruckmen (Ottens and Nicholson) in a pack on Friday night was a heap better.

But even Richo's grab isn't in the same league of Tarrant, Moorcroft, Bourke and Otten's effort.

We really are being spoiled for high marking this season - I'm loving it!

it happened right in front of me.
Good grab, the place went off when it was taken. Not as good as Moorcroft, Tarrant's mark though.
