Just a suggestion: have time limit for picks. (Say 36 hours).

If you miss your window then you are deemed to have passed.

But you get to take two picks in the next round

Give everyone a chance and implement it for r2

Maybe that sounds a bit AFL makey uppey but the alternative is maybe getting this done by the mid season bye

I've been hoping one of two players make it through to this selection and because I'm a Carlton nuffie I'm going to take Jacob Weitering. There are plenty of elite forwards who can pick up a team and carry them on their backs but not many defenders who can be relied on to nullify those players each and every week.
