What are his chances of cracking the 22 this year? How many games would be a likely number? Cheers.

By all accounts he did very well in the scratchie against Port last night, and will be in the mix at some stage; but at this stage I'd say there are a few still in front of him so it's hard to say.
I reckon he'll get his shot at some stage during the year, maybe play a handful of games. He'll certainly be keeping the pressure on some of the other guys in front of him to keep performing, which is good from a team perspective, but not necessarily from a personal one.

He did very well. Still pretty light build, though not skinny. It was great to see him played in the forward line and do well. From memory we got heaps for choosing another HBF? From what he showed yesterday the recruiting staff have done very well.
In terms of this year, if he gets a game, then it means someone is badly out of form or seriously injured, as we are not desperate for him to play. He wouldn't have the build to compete with Murphy, Mundy,Grover etc down back, and up forward we are pretty settled. Gilmore would probably get a look in first I would think.
For me I hope he is just given a year to find his way, get stuck into training, do some WAFL time. Demand to be selected, get knocked back, try harder, get selected.
