Mark Johnson dropped?

I think it's time to give him a run in the reserves. He was terrible in the first half on friday night, he looked slow and could not have any impact on the game. He had a good second half which could have save him.

What is his contract situation? if he is out of contract do you think he would get another offer? it might be time to let him go........

I think people are being harsh on him this year. Not starring but doing a good job most weeks.

How can you possibly blame mark johnson for his first half ??? The way the ball came into the forward line without an ounce of pressure and the fact the passes were lace out gave him no chance !!

His form has been a little down but u need to keep the backline together to gel and plus they have been magnificent for us this year considering we get smashed week in week out in the inside 50's stats ,

it depends on his trade value.. a few years younger and he would be worth heaps but at 29 (i think) he is too old to be to greater value...

i dont htink he should get dropped, other players deserve to go to.

at half time i was so annoyed i wanted to just leave him on the bench for the rest of the game but he was pretty good in the second half...

i think monfries definately needs to get dropped before MJ..

maybe when rama comes back in (judging from his vfl form this weekend it will be soon) MJ will get dropped for him but who knows.

No way, he's in our best 22 quite easily. He's performed quite consistently so far this year..
So he had a bad half but after that he played with a lot more freedom and deserves his spot in the side.

If anyone has been watching MJ for the whole season they would have seen he really struggles playing on the young quicker players these days.
He still tries 120% each week but he was never quick and he isnt getting any faster.
