If and it is a big if that Woosha does move on then surely the club cannot be silly enough to appoint anyone that has had anything to do with the club in the last 5 years.
If you change coach it has to be a change, getting Burns or Teague would not be seen as a change from a players perspective.
If a new coach comes in then he has to come in and do it his way with no past influence from previous coach or coaches.

Paul Roos would obviously be the first bloke to talk to, but I like Chocco Williams as he is a great strategist and also would remove some of the I am entitled culture that exists within current playing group.
After that just go and look at Geelongs assistant coaches, one of them will be just fine I reckon.

There are not too many seasoned coaches out there. But I agree, we need someone who is a proven performer. I don't think Choco is a bad option personally, we could re-visit 2001 and appoint Neil Craig, though he would bore me to tears.

Heard a rumour (and I stress it was only a rumour) that Woosh is gone at the end of the year by his own choosing. Apparently he has had a change in his personal life and come the last day of the year he is gone.

Also heard a rumour that Wellingham wasn't on a trampoline.

Not sure as to the credibility of either as they weren't from first hand sources, but the Woosha rumour I have heard from two different people.

There's no-way Woosha will have his contracted extended. I know he's a champion of the club & I hope he uses his brain and walks away.

I think we should go after Mark Williams.

• I don't think getting him West will be a problem after coaching in South Aus & Blacktown
• Clearly, wants to be a head coach again.
• We need a hard coach, Woosha was a hard player but I think he's a soft coach.
• We need someoen who will make the tough decision and stamp out the 'boys club' culture that Woosha has establish. E.G drop/delist senior players
• Watching him on the boundary and how the Richmond players respect him and listen to him
• Someone who will bring in game plans other than kick it long.

I think we have the bases of a seriously contender, just need someone else in the drivers seat to tweak things and improve the playing squad.

Completely disagree. I've got a feeling Woosha gets his contract extended if he wants regardless of what happens this year. We were in a much worse position at the end of 2010 after winning the spoon and he still kept his job.

In saying that i would completely love a new coach and for him to step down. This year he just does not look as interested, i don't get it. Even when people ask him about extending his contract he barely looks excited over it.

There is also the poor coaching side of things. If it were up to me i would move him no, but it obviously isn't.

Get Jacko back to coach us. Half back of the century. Just try and keep his public speaking to a minimum...

Think I've heard the same think as you on woosha, not gonna say what it is but poor guy. I think he needs to walk away from footy.
