Damien Martyn does it again. 92 not out in an exhibition 20-20 in PNG. Another highlight in a great career that will never be fully acknowledged.

Career highlights -

-Fights back from the wilderness to reclaim spot in the Australian team.
-Century on his test return.
-88 no in his first world cup final with a broken finger.
-Dominates Sri Lankan tour to help us get our first test series win there in 30 years.
- Does the same in India, wins Player of Series. First win there in 50 years. No Ponting... he still hasn't won there LOL
-Wins 2004 test player of the year. Is robbed for the AB medal by clowns in the media. Clarke WTF?
-First 20-20 in Aust. Scores a blistering 96.
-Our best Batsmen in our first ever Champion's Trophy Victory.
-Pushes some clown official off the stage who was cramping our victory celebrations.
- On his re-return to Aus team after 2nd media sacking, he score 100 in last innings to help us sweep the series away.
- Gives the media the finger twice.
- Gives the game away during the aus ashes series because the Poms weren't interested and everybody was just chasing averages these days.
- Never chased Averages by scoring cheap runs, like Hayden, Langer, Ponting and Co. eg always hit out once reaching 100.
- Not to mention, one of the most graceful, stylish players of all time. Belonged in a different era almost where class was respected. Now we have to watch robots like Watson.

there is no doubt at all we wouldn't have won those series without Marto playing. he was a colossus on those tours, amazing for a guy who played the majority of his cricket on the old bouncy waca to be able to play big innings against world class spin bowling on dustbowls. Doesn't get anywhere near enough praise for 2 series which were as good as Hayden's 2001 watershed Indian series.

One of my favourite ever players, remember him once playing a textbook back foot defence, nothing more, and seeing it race past mid-off for two, I couldn't believe my eyes.
