If this report existed, then it shows that the Richmond doctors were negligent in letting Grimes back on with a concussion. AFL takes that very seriously, which means huge penalties for Richmond. That's why this report hasn't come to light.

Should have argued that Cox was just trying to corral Grimes to stop him from getting involved in the play and never expected to make any contact at all but unfortunately the silly fool Grimes didn't look up and unexpectedly ran straight into Cox, causing him to brace at the last moment for the unexpected impact.

Maybe leave out the silly fool bit but otherwise its a winning argument!

Does anyone know, for arguments sake, if the tribunal accept the one match suspension handed down from the MRP what other options there are. I'm not saying it will happen but if this was for a GF or something can they go to court or can they literally play him on the day and cop a fine? I'm talking hypothetically what the next step would be?
