I am masticating as we speak. I was masticating while reading a post by Showbags but it was really putting me off.

Masticating properly has been proven to be good for weight loss as well, there is a theory that certain foods have negative calories, ergo you use up more calories while masticating than what is contained in the food. Interesting, huh?
