Falcons v Sowfs - well, what can I say but the Garlics are flying. They are the antithesis of their coach, socks down, bustling Billy and they look classy, full of running. Perhaps removing Campbell from the team was the answer?:p Sowfs are looked a million bucks the first week, got a few injuries, got some surprise players back and looked ordinary the next 2.

JD will be back at his stomping ground of the Arena and knows how the West Perth faithfull tick, but can he turn it around? I see improvement in Hams, T Bairstow and Phillips, in particular, McGrath is a big miss as he's ultra professional and keeps getting the job done. I have liked the glimpses I have seen of Guglielmama, Collica and Palumbo and I think the injection of the younger kids is going to be necessary to keep the older, more experienced guys on their toes. Graham's obviously not 100%, because he hasn't been able to influence games. Head still has a beautiful left foot which can be deadly and Murphy is still a class WAFL forward, so what needs to be done?

The Falcons have good forwards in Tsalikis, Darling (if playing) and LeCras, a good, honest, hard working running division, led fantastically by Salecic and a solid defence. I mean the runners are Salecic, Lamb, Rice, Crossland, Guadagnin, with Mitch Andrews thrown in to ruck. Hardly household names, are they? But they get the job done. This should be an absolute corker because the Bullies won't want to go 1-3.

The souths team doesn't look all that bad, however have not been playing to the standard they are expected of them. I would say Souths look stronger on paper but the Falcons have been an awesome form 3 from 3 and in all games have been underdogs. It is there last quarter when they manage to blow the tight game apart which is credit to their fitness.

I am still undecided here, I have tipped falcons but may very well go with my heart again. But then again Lynch and old Lecras is a huge plus for the falcons and they should win with them 2 in the side as wel as many other forwards in form

If Dylan Bairstow plays, I'll pop him with my air rifle.

The worst player to play league football for Souths since Gavin Campbell. Hack.

Looking forward to it, bit shitty that I'll have to duck in and out to watch the freo game, but Souths were here first :thumbsu:

hmm, I was going to say something but thought I would give it a rest. Some of us have to remember he is only 18 or 19, but still I see your point with a club that won both the league and resys flag you would think someone with a bit more experience would come in for the game.

Does anyone know what his actual role is in the side? As I haven't been able to pick it

I dont care how old he is, he's unfit - FAT, slow and a terrible decison maker, and they try and play him in a KPD? Laughable. Has been terrible.

What would happen if he had a different last name I wonder?

Holds the position of common HACK.

LOL, I take it you really hate the bloke or really think his footy ability is of a F grade ammo player. Don't worry I dont disagree with the comments you have said either.

Terrible dicision maker is a massive stand out though in all of what you have stated but still young.

I know he's still young but the bloke has brain fades that would make Brent Staker blush. These blokes dont tend to get much better.

Do you remember Gavin Campbell, he hasnt gotten any better, in terms WATC stakes, Worst at the club, these two are neck and neck.

Just not up to WAFL level footy, F grade reserve he's be sneaking a gig I reckon.

Falcons kicked 7.1 in the 2nd qtr after souths kicked 8 in the 1st, falcons lead by 5 at halftime.

The minute Gavin Campbell stepped out I knew we had lost.

Phillips, Bairstow, Miller and North.

Same names unfortunately. Phillips inside 50's were again impressive.
