Would think el ackter should be predominantly forward 50.
Would like to see Greeves, Holmes and grij in the middle more.

Had a good trio for the conditions when it was wet but definitely need to get the more physical and stronger mids in for the second half

That’s the thing they have thrown ‘too many’ in there. I’ve counted atleast 6 players that quarter alone

1/2 time....interesting quarter, tale of two halves. VM looked slicker and cleaner early and SA made silly skill errors and caught on turnover but then a switch flicked late and SA ran in waves and VM started having meltdowns at each other off the ball and structures fell apart a bit.

SA best: Sharp - doing a lot of grunt work, some good instructional voice can be heard as well. BOB had a nice term, a really nice run and long kick from half back, he's got skill and power when he puts his foot down. Cumming looks good across half forward, Barker and LeRay very similar, some decent runs. Schubert good grabs and competing well in ruck. Ainsworth one memorable centre clearance but otherwise not a huge game. NRT the biggest disappointment for me so far and Nairn as well.

VM - CDT been ok but he's grumpy, shows some great moments where he's far too good for Ainsworth but feels like he's not at his best either. Greeves solid without being dominant, great size. Fincher and Sharkie have had good moments and fairly tidy. Holmes is very much like his brother.....you can see the same gait, he's bristling with talent, great speed, he'll catch anyone. Think there's a fine player there, just needs to get more of it. McGuane a little disappointing for mine as well.

Could have had a much better side on the park if Cochrane was fit and AVD etc with the 2026 crop. Been decent forward of centre.
