Do you think Matty Egan is any chance to come back in the side and they are just keeping it quiet or is he definitely out?

Yep ruled out Sunday. Unfortunately for the poor guy, even if they do leave the door open, I don't think he'd be ready to play.

I just find it strange that he was so hopeful on All Australian night (and walking fine) and that they wouldn't give him every chance to prove his fitness.
Maybe they told the media he is ruled out to take the spotlight off him. Just a thought.

Hold the phone people. I have just spoken with the club dr. and he says.
Ego is a chance if he can get through some training today and the main session tomorrow. but he did say he would have to be lucky. so keep an eye out if he's not there tomorrow hes no chance.

The paper this morning was reporting the same thing as quoted by Balme, he is a slim chance, but unliklely

agree but wilson is a real hardnut and a champion half banck flanker who provides plenty of rebound for us.We will miss him, i just hope its not lonie, please god
