Delisted Matt Jones

Has to vastly improve his kicking, his defensive running and add some weight to his frame so he can be a bit more dynamic. Hitting the score board would help us as well.

It's the sorry state of our midfield that makes him look impressive and he still has had a great season to date but has a lot of work to do. If he doesn't improve then in a year or two he'll be another Bail or Nicholson and won't be popular on forums such as this. Hopefully our next coach has some development skills and can actually show players how to improve weaknesses whilst still using their strengths. Matt Jones has definite strengths in knowing how to get the ball, making reasonable decisions with it and not being afraid to have a crack.

Has flatlined a bit in the last few weeks, but considering what we paid for him it's been a win.

He was huge against Geelong, 24 touches or something.

Is still more than worth his spot in the team and has played some good games recently but I feel like he was having more impact earlier in the season.

Though maybe we were just so awful that he stood out amongst the slop.
