Been delisted by the Saints, still only 25, would be worth a look at IMO could release McPharlin to play more forward if this is the way that the club's thinking but I would rather have a backline of Grover, McPharlin and Maguire, that is if he can get back to some of his top form. As far as I know he played most of the season in the VFL and seems to be over his injuries.

What do you guys reckon?

No way would I be keen. Has lost his pace and athletisicm. St Kilda wouldnt be delisting him unless he was absolutely stuffed physically.
They dont have heaps of tall options down back, he seems like a great clubman and when up and running was a very,very good player. If St Kilda are delisting him given all that I reckon he is finished

But at 25 an Stkilda not having that many good defenders seems a very strange decision to just delist him as im sure if his body was fine he would have trade value.

Pretty sure he was offered a one year deal but knocked it back because he wants longer??

Fly him over and have our own little draft camp. Test his agility and vertical leap and see what his times are like over 20m/40m/3km and if they are satisfactory and he passes a medical I'd definately draft him.
