We didn't kick to him a lot tonight, which is a positive for us. We had several options forward tonight and I can say with some confidence that if you were at the game you would have seen Lloyd lead away from the ball to create space for Lucas, McVeigh etc.
7 marks, 4 goals and 4 tackles and we are saying that's not a good game from Lloyd.
Can't wait till he plays a good one.

Mistimed his leads, he didnt chase and was pushed off the ball too easliy. When he is in form those things rarely happen. He kicked 4 goals becuase he is a bloody good footballer and a brillint kick...doesnt mean he had a great game though, for a man of his ability anyway.

This bloke has taken hit after hit for this club, from the media, the general public and the vast majority of defender's in the competition. He comes out, kicks four goals and people want him dropped.
The reason we lost tonight isn't because Lloyd had a 'poor' games, its because we have about six blokes in the side whose good games aren't as good as Lloydy's 'poor' games.
Ppl calling for Lloyd's head should have a long hard look at themselves. He play a very selfless game tonight, acting as a decoy. Still managed to kick 4 of the best from limited opportunities. Lets keep Bolton/Henneman and drop Lloyd. Morons!

It was a good matchup tonight, Barry got on top early before Lloyd hit back with some goals. You can't put too much blame on Lloyd when you only had 3 inside 50s in the last quarter.

Dunno about the Fletcher call, I thought Hall edged him out in a few crucial contests. Or maybe that's just me calling it through my red-and-white tinted glasses.

Maybe if he knew some of our guys could hit him on the chest a little more often then his second efforts may be better. Must be very frustrating to come back and have our guys spray the ball all over the place.
