On the drafts and trading board, there is a thread saying that Matthew Moody is homesick.

Should we trade for him, and how much is he worth?

I personally think he is what we are in particular need for-quick linebreaking midfielders, however he is not quite at the standard where we require him to be, but could be a very good prospect in years to come.

I really don't know enough about him, but think that trading should be for players who will be in our best 24 within a year or two, otherwise for draft picks. If Moody fits that criteria then fine. Would prefer to trade a player than a draft pick.

I said last year that if we could get Moody then we should.
A very good prospect and like you say hes got a bit off toe, would be very happy if we snared him

Brisbane need KPP so Moody and pick 22 for Polak is a possibility. Not sure if Pollie would be keen to move to QLD, although the lack of scrutiny on afl players up there would suit him.

Apart from the coaching panel he'd have no scrutiny at all...

Would not consider him quick, he is skillfull and knows how to kick a goal. Not sure if he has the motor to play in the midfield, he would not be any better an option than Medhurst who struggles to make our best 22.
Based on that assesment I would not recruit him.
