Anyone got a vid of his multiple pressure acts against 3 opponents where he forced a boundary throw in?

Massive to see Predator (great nickname) cut McGrath in half in the last.

98 games to go for FS!

Great performance from Parker against the Dogs yesterday. Used his pace and long kicking to full effect and really hurt a few people.

Matthew did some great stuff this year with many highlights . He really has that x factor we need up forward . He is the sort of player who might take a mark of the day , kick a goal out of nowhere , or just chase down an opponent to cause a turnover . He faded towards the end of the year as he didnt have the fitness required to play at his speed all year . But after a good preseason he will be roaring to go next year . By the tine he retires i would imagine he will have a very impressive highlight real . Without meaning to sound racist but if he was black the media would have been all over him .

Jack Steele and Matthew Parker will undergo respective kneecap and ankle stabilisations, but are both expected to be firing for day one of the pre-season.
Parker is on track to reach full playing capacity after 12 weeks, while Steele will near his bullish best after 16 weeks.
The No. 34 has also undergone surgery for a jarred finger, with his time on the sidelines dictated by his ankle rehabilitation

It’s hard to believe Matty Parker was overlooked at several National Drafts given his flair, pressure and excitement.
The ready-made Saint exploded onto the scene in Round 1, before playing a further 16 games in his debut season.
With a penchant for theatrics, a finely-tuned sense for goal and an unrelenting attack on the footy, another full pre-season will have Parker on the up for 2020.

BEST GAME:
A Mark of the Year contender, a Goal of the Year contender, three goals and 21 pressure acts stamped Matty Parker as a livewire of the competition in Round 6 against the Crows.
An incredible display after just six games of senior footy.

This time last year…

…Matty Parker was digging holes for an underground gas pipe company, playing in the WAFL for South Fremantle and taking care of his eight-month-old son, Matty Parker Jr.
The West Australian was driven to succeed thanks to his partner and son, with their significance inspiring him to make it to the big time.
Then…

…his hard work and dedication paid off in the best possible way.
Parker was taken by the Saints with Pick No. 47 as the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity came to fruition.
The electric Saint exploded onto the scene for Round 1, fast becoming a fan-favourite through his extreme pressure, intense tackling and knack for goal.
Parker played 17 games and booted 16 goals with 16 memorable celebrations to match.

Now…
…Parker is living out his dream as an AFL player.
An ankle stabilisation and finger surgery in the off-season will see him sidelined for the next few months, but he’s well on the way to beginning the 2020 pre-season in explosive fashion.

Parker played his first senior game for the year against Port . He struggled to have much impact but his defensive skills were first class helping to keep the footy in our forward line and constantly harassing Port's defenders.
