All pretty moot points if he is found guilty of what he has been charged with - as the WADA penalties will kick in.

But then again probably will get the Michael Hurley diversion no conviction program wet lettuce leaf treatment.

AFL dont have any problems with all that - as long as they have been informed during the whole process.

Just dont get caught being in drunk in public then you will really get into trouble.

Apparently the club doesn't want to prejudice his chances of a fair trial. On that basis both Geelong & St Kilda have hung Stokes & Lovett well & truly out to dry (realistically Essendon have showed how weak they are by hiding behind such a pathetic excuse).
