Good article in the Herald Sun today. We all know it, he's a very positive player with a huge determination to do well. Very good to hear it again though

Said that he hopes to be running by September and playing Rnd 1 2011. Will be spending time with the ruck group, sitting in on meetings etc.

He'd go off like a rocket though at the airport - the poor guy has a nice big metal strip on the side of his knee.

Looking forward to seeing him back in the Navy Blue We need all 22 players who put their heart in back in the team!

I think he's arguably the most important component of our midfield, he doesn't really get the kudos he deserves for what he adds there and how much he strengthens the whole setup. And of course he can get the goals too.

I remember one of the Collingwood games a while ago when most of our team was typically playing like they didn't care and had no endeavor, Kreuz was the one guy playing with all the intensity and work rate you would expect on such an occasion, you could really see how he was trying to lift the team.

And in general, he has the heart of Pharlap. I also reckon Juddy of all people would be missing him too, with his bullocking/blocking work at stoppages and the like.

Tackling, barging, he is way more important to us than we could imagine. Jacobs, Hammer and Warnock will never have the sort of influence that he brings to the table. One of the few players who we KNOW will always lead by example and try his guts out regardless of anything.

He's the strong midfielder we're sorely missing at the moment. Without his second efforts at the clearances I bet our stats are way down. Who's wrapping up the opposition in tackles, smothering, and bullocking so that our runners can get away? Very few.

He's also smart enough to get himself into the hole at CHB when we're defending. Right where Jesse White, Barry Hall etc have been leading and marking over the last few weeks.
